Twelve students from Eastern Connecticut State University presented their research and creative activity at the Northeast Regional Research Conference of the Council of Public Liberal Arts Colleges (COPLAC) on Oct. 21-22. Hosted by the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA), eight colleges in the COPLAC consortium participated in the undergraduate conference.

The criteria for the WPI Dean's List differs from most other universities as WPI does not compute a grade point average (GPA). Instead, WPI defines the Dean's List by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects.

The Dean's List is announced twice every academic year, once at the completion of the fall semester, and again at the completion of the spring semester. Approximately 1,940 students have made the Spring Semester 2016 Dean's List for academic achievement at Coastal Carolina University.
During Commencement ceremonies on May 23, 2016, Lehigh University conferred 1,159 bachelor's, 519 master's and 80 doctoral degrees. Of the nearly 1,700 graduates, degree recipients came from 39 states and 16 countries, majoring in 70 different disciplines.
